Hi again Sonki: Was in the middle of editing that reply to you when my system just blew out. Fortunately, restarted without any problems. I was going to say that re my comments a few days ago, when a stock splits in a bear market, it's the Kiss of Death. Isn't that what essentially happened to Cabletron Systems? In a curious way, BMC just effectivly suffered an involuntary 2 for 1 stock split, (in its own emerging bear market), so draw you're own conclusions. My Wizdom, gg, is to pass on this one. There are less dangerous looking ideas around, such as Action Perforance (ACTN), a few days ago..gg. rgds Wiz
