<Fear of reprisal engenders respect.>

LOL... is that how you run YOUR family, business, and friendships?

Somehow I'm not surprised to be honest.

No it is not. I run my business through techniques you will never understand. I use leadership to motivate my coworkers to do what must be done. They work with me because they like me. They don't fear unjust reprisal, nor being undermined.

It however is a vital part of foreign policy in a world with muslim radicals and other terrorists running rampant. Of course you are not surprised because you do the opposite of me. You hope that being nice to people who wish destroy the American way will make them respect us while you most likely manage people through fear. In both accounts you are wrong.
