The VSE has accepted for filing the company's farmout agreement with Orbit
Oil & Gas Inc and FCP Petroleum Inc whereby the company will pay 25% of the
drilling costs of the Cabeza Creek prospect well for a 33-1/3% working
interest in the prospect. The company's drilling costs is expected to cost
US$1,500,000.
