The NV annual list of officers filing is due on 4/30/13. I can't swear that it's true, but I recall a post on this issue indicating that there is no REQUIREMENT to update it on an interim basis.....I know that the information CAN be updated mid-term, but don't believe it is required.
The Nevada Revised Statutes (great weekend reading, btw) don't seem to require it:
leg.state.nv.us

I'm fairly certain that the SEC and the US District Judge don't give a poop about it given that it's governed by the state. So in spite of the fact that it may seem like a good idea to us and a perfectly sensible thing to do, it's possible that we're the only ones who care about it.
