Notice how his cheek and body show no signs of recoil?

The blast gases are very dirty as well for such a fine shotgun and they appear to vent only from the right side - the holes are cut on both sides of the barrels. Can't cut them down the rib on top.

I'd say it's Photoshopped smoke.
