Very few seem to care about this. Guess chasing Apple stock or $800k upgraded shacks in SV or the latest highly leveraged bear ETF is cool on SI..lol

Oh that's because its a lot easier............just the click of the mouse. Turning properties in real estate is a lot of work.........and much riskier........esp in a market that is struggling.
