I have been following the company and holding its shares for a number of years . It was then known as Telsoft Mobile Data a holding company
whose function was basiscally a layer of overhead management. The operating company was and as is now after re-organisation the same operating people, now MDSI. The reorganizationm IMHO left an operating company with superior talents in the mobile data Transmission field in which they continue to dominate by installations. Until the problems of the London taxi operation surfaced (an acquisition ) they were of no fault on the growth curve. Until otherwise known I am prepared to accept the too fast growth syndrom and expect the problem to be rectified by the management.
This test of their capabilities should result in eps about $C.18 in last quarter of 97 and near $1.00 total in 1998. The stock minoritly held by management also may be a take over target candidate indue time.
My analysis is that the stock is very inexpensive and underexposed in the investment buyers community relating to its upside potential.Due to the reorganizional expense, a quarter or so may have to be run through before the number crackers pick it up.

Corporately anyone analysing client service efficiancy and on-time response for service should go ballistic with this leader and its potential.
