The point still stands... Budgets are not balanced when future obligations are not part of said budget.
Generational theft is what it is and the pols should be jailed for it.

Only thing worse is the dumbed down electorate that does nothing about it.

I've had a long standing theory .... Never trust anyone that goes 3rd person.
