E! Don't feel bad I was included in SUNW, ORCL, BJICA, ADM and some others I can't even remember at this time...too painful ...But... you do not have to do anything b/c the lawyers will contact you thru your brokerage house. Then they will have you fill out forms stating when and how much you bought and sold...and fortunately you can do it in the privacy of your own home so no one knows how silly we were to sometimes get taken in by companies and their officers statements and lack of them,<G> BTW, what happened to the LSI volume today...probably, still the Tom Kurlak cloud hanging over some potential buyers...soon they will all learn he is just a hoax!!! I still think 27 by Dec 17.:-) Well ..would you believe at least by 1998 :-) What do you think? Good Luck Trading DavidG
