I suspect Netva will begin to move up and down in a wider band as bets are placed. We were very impressed by the leaness of their organization, when we paid them a visit. They are tech types with an apparent weakness in management (Baker i.e.). My concerns have never been with their product/tech ability but rather with basic business strategy and skills.

It's always been my opinion that a takeover for this company is its next logical step. With the kind of OEMs they have and the constant talk of "strategic partnerships" I have a hunch if they succeed they will be quickly gobbled up.
