Might as well forget about it. There's plenty to be going on with. Defaming soldiers who were defending themselves isn't very useful. <14 unarmed civilians murdered by the British parachute regiment in Derry 41 years ago today. > That description is certainly not what happened. The particular people who were shot perhaps did not have guns, but were armed with bricks and stuff and the mob was apparently armed. Neither is it murder to shoot in self-defence. What is the USA going to do with umpty billion bullets they have apparently bought? That might be more interesting than a bunch of IRA thugs being dealt with mid way through last century. The British are positively genteel compared with the USA approach to such armed insurrection. Will the USA use Blackhawks and straff the mob on Pennsylvania Avenue? The gun that Martin McGuinness had is nothing compared with the artillery that can come out of USA houses during armed insurrection. Mqurice
