It has been a while attempting a reverse merger but the original candidate, after much hemming and hawing, failed to come up with the money to execute the agreement. The situation is now changed with a new merger candidate and it is expected to close early this coming week. After the closing I expect this stock price to rise very fast as the float is very low.
