I wanted to be able to ask questions - in particular, about data usage. YouTubes can't answer that question. Verizon no longer offers unlimited data plans. You have to pay for it 2 gigs at a time. I keep going over the limit and incurring overage charges.

Found out that they do a neat little trick at the end of your cycle - they update all the apps the day before the counter resets. That's caused me to go over my limit 3 months in a row, even though I stopped using the phone the last day. You can't find that out from a YouTube. I had to keep asking the question over and over before they finally answered it and admitted that's what they do.

I should mention that I use the HotSpot as a modem for my laptop. Watching YouTubes, movies, or downloading big files will use a lot of data.
