Been thinking about all this nightmare banning business.

Dad used to say, "Humor hinges on impropriety. Personal, political, sexual, does not matter. Some people can't stand or understand the teeter totter between improperly funny yet very relevant, and improperly harmful. Treasure the ones that can tell the difference."

Methinks the SI Admins have a built in self-censor which fears the spiral upwards impropriety of relevant humor, allowing only safe, spiraling nowhere, banal "teehee" neutralities.
