OK, dream as I may, none of this makes any sense, to me.
1. A Nokia tablet makes no sense, to me: Nokia has no tablet experience, in a pre-existing, thriving tablet market.
2. A W8 tablet makes no sense to me - given Softie is faceplanting with it as I type - unless it beats Apple and Samsung in price and ecosystem. Nothing happening in W8 land, anytime soon, to point in that direction, as far as I can tell.
3. Nokia Android tablet!? Really!? Ya think Nokia, with its measly budget can beat Samsung and Google!? Really!? Instead of concentrating STRICTLY on KILLER phones as it did in the pre-Elop days?
