Concerning Private Placements: I'll admit my knowledge on PPs such as the one that TPRO just did is limited. However, I have decent knowledge in how the offshore type work and how they affect the stock price. In fact, one of the easiest ways to make money on the short side is to short offshore PPs. Why? The price of the stock in every case I've ever been involved with sooner than later goes to the price of the placement (at least). My question for those with experience in non-offshore PPs like TPROs is should we expect the same thing to happen to TPROs price over the next couple of weeks (ie --> price goes to $5.50). Is that the norm? Just curious (and truthfully wouldn't mind picking up the rest of my position there). Edge
