"Taken to task"? They're being sued by ACLU. We are one untimely death away from Obama being able to win this in the Supreme Court.

I cannot comprehend why Obama would allow something like this to be pursued. But the fact is he hasn't intervened. The liberal view of the right to privacy is such a pile of twisted metal no one can sort it out.

The bottom line is that we have a continued erosion of fundamental rights under this president. And who knows who will be elected next time and what kind of nonsense THEY will pursue?

If you aren't uncomfortable with this I can't imagine why not.
