I cannot comprehend why Obama would allow something like this to be pursued. But the fact is he hasn't intervened. The liberal view of the right to privacy is such a pile of twisted metal no one can sort it out.

Dude...there are thousands of cases under way on any given week...you expect Obama to intervene in court cases? Can you blame anything else on this man?

The bottom line is that we have a continued erosion of fundamental rights under this president. And who knows who will be elected next time and what kind of nonsense THEY will pursue?

If you aren't uncomfortable with this I can't imagine why not.

Right...i won't argue about the erosion etc..ect...it's not my cup of tea and sounds crazy to me...but, even in orderly society there is over-reach and there is recourse...it does not include grabbing a gun and administering one's version of justice....that's called anarchy.
