It's possible that the company may be considering a stock split. Last time they did (almost 3 years ago), they wanted to keep the price below $1.00/share. There is some accounting benefit by keeping the price below $1.00/share ( I believe it's the types of forms they must file).

Also, there is speculation that the dividend would be raised too.

I did a 5% sales at $0.96/share but still hold a large core position w/ a basis around $0.75/share.
