True, the scenario of a shooter in a gun free zone would never happen....
Oh, I see what you did there.

I think most people realize that crime can happen anywhere at any time. Even those who argue for gun-free zones know how stupidly simple it can be to bring a weapon into said zone.

But that's not what gun-free zones are necessarily about. Or at least that's not the way I would look at it.
