Definitely, I think we have been more volatile recently, just take a look at the VIX... in fact, that's exactly what the VIX measures... the VIX measures the increase in option premiums which are a direct result of market volatility... so, the fact that we have a divergence between the VIX and the SP cash market is by definition the volatility at a likely market topping action... this doesn't mean the market can't still rally from here, but it would rally against a very strong headwind... GZ
