Mustang GT - I agree with the scenario you have laid out for what this company could be worth. That is why I find this financing to be particularly egregious. I understand that is an extremely tough market to raise money for exploration juniors but issuing that much equity at this depressed price is unfathomable to me. Why are they raising $9MM now? If they are going to burn through that in the next six months then I can understand it. Otherwise, why not raise a smaller amount now and hope for a better market later. What is the worst that can happen? You have to go to the market again and maybe take an even lower price but there is also a chance that things will have improved by then. Just seems like insult after injury...oy vey...
