Jim, Sorry for not responding sooner, my main question remain is, what effect will the sell off of the Nyer held shares have on the growth and stock price over the next 18 months. The CFO at NYER still claims that their are no restrictions on their selling and they will begin selling down to the 20% that their auditors reccommend. Will this effect their R&D and the anticipated food and beverage test. Also who is Jeff Taylor, that is not a name that comes to mind with regards to GVEC. How was your Thansgiving, noticed you took a long weekend from all this stock chatter. Rdgs, Bill
