Those two curves which showing shifting in US data in the 90's, one shows data to year 2000 and the other shows data to 2010. The ignorant and ill informed would think that there's big difference in the trend to year 2000 between the two, but the big difference is in the NEW data past year 2000. The adjustments in the new trend before year 2000 are INSIGNIFICANT. There's no fraud or misrepresentation (except by Watts). What dolts these people are who eat up the shite cooked up by Watts..
