Mr. Robertson has over 30 years of experience in corporate management, direction of exploration programs, project management, mine permitting, mine construction and development as well as mine operations and the evaulations or corporate acquisitions. He served as President of Victory Nickel and Nuinsco Resources and is currently a director of Romios Gold Resources Ltd., Appia Energy Corp. and Auriga Gold Corp. (formerly "Ursa Major International Inc.").
Ewan S. Downie, Director
Mr. Downie is currently the President & CEO of Premier Gold Mines and a director of Mega Precious Metals Inc. He was formerly President & CEO of Wolfden Resources Inc. Mr. Downie is also involved with the following companies as a director: Newstrike Resources, Benton Resources, Mega Precious Metals Inc., and Gold Standard Ventures Corp. In 2004, Mr. Downie was part of the exploration team of Wolfden Resources Inc. that received the Prospector & Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) 2003 Bill Dennis Prospector of the Year Award. Mr. Downie was also presented with the 2003 Developer of the Year award from the Northwestern Ontario Prospectors Association. He also received the Bernie Schnieders Discovery of the Year Award for 2005.
Abraham Drost, M.Sc., P.Geo., Director
Mr. Drost is a registered Professional Geoscientist (Ontario) with twenty five years' experience in the Canadian mining industry. He has a Masters degree in Mineral Exploration (1987) from Queen's University and brings considerable success in discovery, finance and mineral project development as current Chairman of Premier Gold Mines USA, Inc. and Premier Royalty Corporation, wholly-owned subsidiaries of Premier Gold Mines Inc. (PG:TSX). He is former President and Director of Sabina Gold and Silver Corporation (SBB:TSX), former President and Director of Sandspring Resources Inc. (SSP:TSXV), Director of Mega Precious Metals Inc. (MGP:TSXV) and Director of Source Exploration Corporation (SOP:TSXV).
