I'm not sure recording streams would be any different than recording cable. If I record the US Open from cable what's the difference recording it from a stream? same with a movie?

At two different holiday gatherings guests announced that they had 'cut the cable' and, on both occasions, that was the buzz for evening. Besides revealing the type of 'party' we attend these days it says something about an underlying anger directed at the monopoly cable providers.
