Jobs would not have put up with it-I think, unless he felt Einhorn would be a positive. He would of given them a fight
I agree with this but I like how they are handling it better now than "fighting" when there is nothing to fight. I do not see Tim Cook or Apple cowering at all. It is just a more mature way to handle things. They are placating Einhorn by saying we are reviewing all of our options. And, they probably are it is just that we are not privy to what Apple is planning and often we expect them to move quicker on something than they do. (I want my iWatch right now god damn it! ;-)
