I bet you made out on it too when you refinanced. Ended up selling. And don't know if you remember these but it was an "assumable mortgage", and a good deal when I sold! So my buyer assumed my loan to pay 16% on their loan, below market. How crazy is that... just as crazy as today's low rates which people will be posting about some day.
