The video doesn't really capture the full thrill of the victory. The noise was deafening and it seemed the entire gym was chanting his name. When the ref raised his hand, the kids went nuts, jumping up and down and running back and forth yelling "we won!!"
As a side note, one of the kids on the other team came up to JXN and said, "Good luck, but you're not going to win." Guess that made him mad because when his other gramma told him his opponent was crying, JXN said, "Good."
I wonder if JXN noticed that he had the largest cheering section -- grammas, grandpa, aunts, uncles, cousins - took him a long time to pass out sugar to everyone. |
