Appreciate your comments, HoneyBee.....I've wondered the same thing. Seems some times that the Right is ALWAYS the ONLY group that does any compromising about anything.
We all wonder if Obama has pushed us over the edge like lemmings by "spreading the wealth"....which means to most of us, giving to everyone who hasn't (and won't) contribute diddly to this country so they will feel "worthy too"....For those of us who are now Seniors, and have worked doing something since we were 16 years old, plus going to school, raising our families, working our entire lives, and helping others in need, to see our savings disappear, no interest in any accounts, inflation on a daily basis at the stores, HIGH gas prices, more and more taxes, and to see others just "given" our tax money.....it is indeed discouraging.
But I'm willing to try again to get and support a candidate that can do the job, has sufficient business background, is morally upright, and sincerely wants to guide America and Americans become more like Ronald Reagan's "Shinning City on the Hill" rather than "the Dump that has become Detroit or Chicago".....
I wonder if we haven't reached the tipping point on ever having a candidate that is both electable and fits your criteria. Is it possible that Obama by increasing all methods of dependency, along with open borders and amnesty, has pushed us beyond the point of no return?
