Mike, we have seen a run up the month before earnings the past two, maybe three statements. This was immediately followed by a sell off. Hopefully the pattern will repeat itself. I figure earnings are due on Jan 8 since the last earnings were around Oct 8.

If any stock blows away the theory of efficient markets, this is it. VIVUS is looking better than ever. The Viagra threat has always been there. The only thing that has changed with Viagra is a market release 6 months sooner than planned. According to efficient markets, Viagra should have already been factored into the price.
