Just gonna enjoy spring, summer and fall, then risk it ALL again, on a thus far workable dream and a dime...
Oh, almost forgot to mention: weather person people lied, as usual; we got a couple of inches of snow, max, which is melting, as I type. Hardly an "emergency."
