Perhaps you've forgotten, but Iraq repeatedly violated the terms of the cease fire agreements under various UN resolutions, any one of which gave the US the right to go back and finish the job. Iraq had repeatedly targeted and fired on our aircraft, also which were violations of UN resolutions giving the US the right to continue the Gulf War to its logical conclusion, including the removal of Saddam.

You might disagree with the justification, but to claim the invasion was not justified and that they had done nothing is simply bullshit. The fact that we had a weak president in the 90s who didn't have the guts to deal with the situation is of no consequence. Saddam should have understood he was dealing with a real president, not the spineless worm that had been elected in '92.
