As I understand it graphene sheets are one atom thick.

Therefore there would have to be a substrate. Alloys are metals mixtures which would probably destroy the graphene with heat. I was thinking something more like carbon fibers, which are bonded with material similar to fiberglass.

Unless the sheets bond to each other naturally. That's possible, but considering the fact:

cost upwards of €1,000—better start saving…

That picture must be a mock up. My guess it they have a log way to go before this material is ready for prime time, except on chips etc.
