Lightwave Logic, Inc. Reschedules Shareholder Update Call

NEWARK, Del., Feb. 12, 2013 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Lightwave Logic, Inc. (OTCQB: LWLG), a technology company focused on the development of a Next Generation Non Linear Optical Polymer Materials Platform for applications in high speed fiber-optic data communications and optical computing, announced today that it will move the previously scheduled February 15, 2013 teleconference with shareholders to the end of March.

Tom Zelibor, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Lightwave Logic said, "As much as I hate to delay our call, we have several scheduled meetings with potential customers and collaborators over the next few weeks and have decided to delay the call to provide shareholders with the latest information about our progress.
