OT Denver ripoff!

today I was surprised to find $112 in charges from thrifty rental car in denver without explanation. when i contacted thrifty they told me that this related to tolls incurred on their cashless toll road. they then agreed to reduce the amount to $60. apparently this is some racket that all the car rental companies have deployed in denver for several years, charging fines and administration fees on top of the cost of the tolls, which are maximum $3.25. they dont tell you about it in advance its just buried in your car rental agreement. when we asked for directions the directed us on to this cashless toll road knowing full well we could incur these later charges. If any attys want to contact me about being a lead plaintiff in a class action suit against these car rental agencies. feel free! I think there is also some question in my mind whether it can be legal to have a cashless toll road in the united states. why should i have to pay more than anyone else to use the road because i happen to be driving a rental car?
