There's quite a bit of resistance to the deal, with some major players complaining that Michael is trying to buy the company on the cheap. The stock is currently trading a bit above the 13.65 mark, as people are speculating the he'll have to raise the ante. I'm holding on to my shares in hopes that will be the case. uf@greedy.com
