They pay an average of $12.50/hour for people who are totally unskilled. Totally unskilled. Plus benefits, which are substantial (insurance is $17/month. I pay $1200/month for mine). It is kind of dumb to think they're going to pay higher than market rates for the least skilled people in the country.
