OTTAWA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 3, 1997--Corel Corp. (TSE:COS) (NASDAQ:COSFF) is pleased to
announce the appointment of Michael P. O'Reilly, C.A., as chief financial officer and vice-president of finance.
O'Reilly joins Corel after practicing as a Chartered Accountant in the Ottawa practice of KPMG, the international
professional advisory services firm, for 19 years. He was elected to partnership at KPMG in 1988. O'Reilly has also
served as a leader in the implementation of technology solutions in the Ottawa practice and for the National Tax practice of
KPMG in Canada.
