The news are lousy. Another example of what a bunch of crooks these guys are. Guidi buying shares of TransOrient at $0.40/share when they are trading in the open market at $1.5 to $1.75. And you call that good news?

Hell, I'd buy a bunch at 0.40 right now too. That's how he makes his money, out of fools like the people who buy this stock. A few months later, he will be selling these shares at 3-4 times what he paid for..

Be carefull, you might get burned.
