The tax code is a system of giving money to the government, not gathering assets. Legally filing one's taxes is not "gaming the system so you gather even more assets at the expense of your fellow citizens". Individuals have an obligation to file accurate, legal returns that reflect all income and deductions. Taking a legal deduction and paying the legal tax rate is not gaming the system.

So I'm still looking for a real example of the gaming of the system by all those unfair people you talk about.

Also, what was all this campaign rhetoric about "not playing by the rules?" What rules? Who makes them? Who plays by them? And why should I care?
