What aren't you seeing? You just posted that he received an MD from Duke Medical School, didn't you? Uh. You said he graduated at the top of his class. Is that another delusion on your part or is it real? How many Dems could get admitted to any medical school, let alone Duke? (answer: none) Whatever you say, o wise one.
