Interesting, but the story is more flashy
journalism than new news. They got the prices
wrong - the first day it never hit $23. And
it wasn't like no analysts noticed the AR.
Lots of reports mentioned it.

Interesting thing about Green Tree Financial
is that the stock is still getting slammed
but customers prepaying their loans is more
a sign of unexpected quality in the loans
than a mortifying sign of weakness, as they
portray. I'll be buying that one too.
