Probably. Leftwing nutjobs have a tendency to focus on the unimportant, irrelevant shit while letting the important stuff rule the day.

Of course, none of it has to do with whether he's a "real" doctor. You wouldn't know that of course, since you have never been certified for anything in your life except being a freaking nutcase.
