Hi Speed, you have to do what 99% of the people will not do... I still remember the Russian default in 1997 and so his talk disclosure caught me very much by surprise..... I was initially stunned when he said it. He thinks outside the box..... also the 2014 winter Olympics is being held in a very small Russian town near the Black Sea...... it's so small, I don't see how it is possible for them to build enough infrastructure.... Putin has already put over 51 billion into the building of a main stadium. John
