So four accidental e-mails are SPAM and you guys are freaking out, huh? You guys should check out my mail-box every day. I receive dozens of posts from friends from around the world almost every day. First, let me make it clear that I am not a solicitor for myself or anyone or company. As I tried to explain previously, I had to re-install Netscape on my server and in so doing I inadvertently mixed some e-mail addresses with my personal addresses. Since you and Forrest seem to be the resident TA "gurus" I had added you guys to my e-mail database so that I might ask you two guys questions about TA. Some of those "friends" in my database are new students in one of my computer/internet introductory classes and I send them out-of-the-ordinary web sites to pique their interest and show them the variety, silliness, and produndity of the 'Net. I DID send the link to the Yahoo chat to Forrest on purpose, but the posts to some other people were strictly accidental and unintentional. Again, let me make it clear that I market or solicit for NO ONE!! I assume you two people have never made an honest error? Ironic... Trust me when I say that I have removed your addresses from my database, I had hoped to acquire some knowledge from you guys, but I shall struggle forward on my own. Thanks anyway. Someone had warned me of the paranoia on this thread...boy, I believe it now. I am VERY sorry I even considered asking you guys for some simple, kindly assistance. I must be living in another age and time in my mind. Anyone else out there that I incidentally offended, please forgive this dastardly transgression.
