<<Medicare isn't paid for>>> And why is this? Willie Sutton once commented as to why he robbed banks where he said--"Because that is where the money is!" Same thing applies to Medicare when G.W. put drug coverage under Medicare, but didn't allocate one penny to pay for this boondoggle for drug companies. Here is a list of fraud cases--note the following issues as it relates to WHO is being catch defrauding Medicare----(*) indicates cases where they admitted to criminal charges. However, if you look at the list the only CEO that is in prison is the former head of HealthSouth--but he isn't in prison for stealing Medicare money---the guy is merely a common crook. Multi-million and even in some cases billion dollar fines are mere cost of doing business expenses.

Considering that more than 50% of the drugs used in the US, they are produced by foreign owned drug companies. Leaving me to ask---"If these foreign companies are stealing from US citizens, then why aren't they stealing from citizens in their own country. What makes it more lucrative for them stealing from us---don't they have the same ability to steal from their citizens?" A fourth grader sitting on the back row probably can figure out this issue.
