since the crash we've had all these little gold shops that opened, even in my supermarket, buying people's unwanted old jewelry etc. and surely, just like at pawnshops, we have house robbers who take what they steal to these gold shops.

its a completely stupid law that does nothing for anybody.

now when the federal government does the same thing, you'll know why they are doing it, and it won't be for the same reasons as our now hilarious city council.
