RE: Names ending in "ia". Actually, I wasn't really thinking of the specific parents using their own names, but all the outrageous names, examples of which fail me, people choose to name their kids which sound like a combination of names and end in "ia". I knew of a family in which all the children had the same three initials- R.R.R.
I also got to wondering if girls are, or on the other hand why not, named the exact first and second name of the mother for several generations like first sons are named for their dads. I don't recall ever knowing any woman named in such a manner. I wonder why.
I have considered inviting a few people from time to time to the Flame thread, but come to think of it, why would I want to introduce my other personality. <VBG> |
