Thanks Kevin. The BROC director compensation is trivial so Mr. Keane must have some other motivation. At a minimum I guess we at BROC can conclude that we have a new director with experience, contacts, credibility, and who knows how to succeed. More than that we can only guess about, but just the above is great news for BROC. My research on KEA tonight has led me to believe that it is also a good investment and I will take a small long position tomorrow.

Let's hope that Mr. Keane can bring some of his great success with KEA to BROC and we will see some big stock price gains. Maybe some of the KEA investors who have benefitted from Mr. Keane's leadership will be interested in joining us as BROC investors. The price of entry is a bargain at the moment.

My impression of KEA before today was only that it was one of the very few successful y2k companies. But in my KEA research tonight, I learned that it is much, much more than a y2k company. Outsourcing is the future. And KEA is big in helpdesk work.

As a large BROC investor, I have visited the company several times. As a software developer, I am very interested in BROC's new NetGain product. While BROC is using it for SFA work, the concept could easily be adapted to helpdesk work and the Internet-concentric design and push technology would make it perfect for remote helpdesk support. BROC is ahead of the industry with a hightech product in NetGain. Looks to me like there is synergy between the two companies. If it sounds like I am a bit excited about the prospects, well....I am!
